The Week of 11.02.09-11.06.09
All lessons and handouts have been loaded into the Events Calendar and Handouts page. Next week we will be checking the Noun Analogies paper and completing the Verb Analogies paper. Both on website! If you have any questions please let me know! Have a safe and happy weekend!!!
The Week of 10.26.09-10.30.09
I hope everyone had a great weekend! This week’s lessons are updated and worksheets are loaded into Handouts. It is hard to believe the 1st nine weeks are over. Next week begins the 2nd grade period. Students have been reminded that starting next week, they must know how to pronounce and define the new words from their Spelling List and Word Study.

Lesson plans have changed for Thurs. (10.22.09) and Friday (10.23.09). Please check the events calendar to the right!

Our original plans for Thursday are pushed into next week. Tomorrow, students will be completing the Character and Setting Questions (found in Handouts) on the Grimm Brothers version of Cinderella. Any questions please let me know!

If students did not complete creating their own sentence and explaining use the preposition song and 8 parts of speech worksheet (both can be found in Resource and Handouts). Tomorrow is PICTURE DAY!
