Rest of the Year!
On Thursday, students will type their Business Letters in class and turn them in to myself and Mrs. Currie. Throughout the entire month of May, students will be completing Literature Circles on either: Maniac Magee, Ella Enchanted, or Holes. During the Literature Circles, students will also be collaborating on a collage poster. These posters will be presented June 1st and 2nd. The packet, including rubrics, can be found on my website under “End of the Year Literature Circles”.
On June 3rd, we will complete our final SRI.
June 4th, 7th, & 8th will be dedicated to comparing the movies to our Literature Circle novels.

Week of 4.19.10-4.23.10
Lessons have been posted for next week. Next week is the final week for Reading Conferences, and we will begin literature circles after the Achievement Tests (4.26.10 & 4.28.10). Have a safe and happy weekend!
