Reading Conference Checklist

Checklist for Weekly Reading

Conferences-

1. Read 20 min. each night (20 pts.)

2. Record all books started, abandoned, and completed in Reading Record (in front of Reading section in binder)

   (5 pts.)

3. 
   

4. Completed Personal Spelling List (5 words per week and be able to pronounce them – you may write down the phonetic spelling)

   (10 pts.)

5. 
   

6. Completed Word Study (use your 5 Personal Spelling words every week and be able to define them – you may write the definitions at the bottom of the Word Study )

   (10 pts.)

NOTE: READING RECORD, PERSONAL SPELLING LIST, AND WORD STUDY PAPERS CAN BE DOWNLOADED OFF WEBSITE IF NEEDED!!!!
